THIS WEEK, Mar 15—Mar 19
Mid-Week Gathering Note: The Wednesday night gathering will be in the Main Auditorium at 7:00 pm.

Marshmallow Roast: Come out and enjoy a fire and hotdog supper on Wednesday, March 17 starting at 6 pm. We will meet across the street and don’t forget to bring a lawn chair.

Night To Shine: The new dates have been scheduled. The Drive—Thru will be Friday, March 19th from 6—7 pm. Saturday, March 20th from 2—4 pm we will split into groups and go to their homes. We need volunteers for both events! Sign-up sheet on bulletin board.

LOOKING AHEAD
Rake—N—Run: Saturday, March 27th from 10—12 noon. We will go around our community and help those who are unable to clean up their yards. We need volunteers for this project!

Good Friday: Join us on Good Friday April 2 at 7 pm. We will watch the movie, “The Passion of The Christ”, in the main auditorium. We encourage you all to come and remember what Jesus did for us that night he was crucified on the cross. We will show a children movie for 5th grade and under in the multi-purpose room.
Easter Sunrise Service: Sunday, April 4 starting at 7 am. Join us at Jack Dalton Park for the Sunrise Service. Several churches will attend with us for fellowship and worship. Bring a chair and breakfast will be served after the gathering.

Women’s Craft Meeting: All ladies of the church are invited to attend a women’s craft morning on April 10th from 10am-12noon. We will be painting a wooden board with a bible verse/inspirational quote of your choice. You must pre-register and pay for this event in order to secure your spot. A sign up sheet is located in the breezeway. Please bring a brunch snack to share.  

Blood Drive: We will host a blood drive on Friday, April 16 from 12—5 pm in the Multi-purpose room.

Grace Network Donation: Bisquick( baking mix-small) For Jan—Mar
                                         Cereal (12—18 oz.) For April—June

Just A Little Walk With Jesus Challenge: Get outside and join the SMCC family for a fitness challenge in the month of April. The challenge will consist of walking/running/biking/etc. 15 miles in the month of April. The cost to participate in this challenge is $25, or $30 with a t-shirt. 100% of the proceeds will go to benefit Sonlight Christian Mission. Registration is open from now until April 4. Stop by the registration table in the breezeway or see the church office to register for this event. You must pre-register for this event to get a t-shirt.

Easter Practice Schedule: The practice time for Praise/AV/Praise Choir are: Tuesday, March 16 at 7 pm, Monday, March 22 at 7 pm, Thursday, April 1 at 7 pm, Saturday, April 3 at 1 pm.

Team Donna Bracelets: If you would like to have a Team Donna bracelet, please contact Heather at the church office. These bracelets are $5 per bracelet. All donations will go towards Donna’s medical expenses.

Love Offering: The church has purchased a vehicle for a family in need. If you would like to make a donation please put it in the offering plate. You can also mail your donation to the church office. Either way you make a donation, please note that it is for a car donation.
